Estimated Tax Levy Impact of Proposed Project

The anticipated impact of the proposed capital project on property owners is for approximately 1.75% increase in the tax levy. State Building Aid of 82%, pay off existing debt service, and the use of $200,000 fund balance are all factors in reducing the tax impact. The last capital project at Greenwich Central School was voted on in 2012.
