Rebecca Catlin - School Counselor

Mrs. Catlin is a graduate of CUNY Hunter where she earned her B.A. in Psychology and Studio Art and M.A. in School Guidance and Counseling. She joined the GCS counseling team in 2015.

Since her High School graduation from Cambridge Central, Mrs. Catlin has lived and worked in various locations around the world; New York City, Mexico and Dubai. She has worked as a counselor in all three levels; ES, MS and HS. During her time in Mexico, she also led an art therapy program for orphaned girls ages 13-18. After over 10 years of travel and exploration, Mrs. Catlin is excited to be home!

Her interests include the outdoors, travel and the METS!

Mrs. Catlin's role is to support students and their families through their high school years and through the transition into post secondary life. She believes the best support for our students comes through collaboration and open communication between school and home. Her door is always open to you.

Sayde Whitman-Lundy  - School Counselor

Mrs. Whitman is a graduate of Hartwick College (B.A.) and Russell Sage College (M.S., C.A.S.). Prior to her arrival at GCS, she spent the last seven years as a High School Counselor at Corinth CSD. 

Mrs. Whitman grew up in Washington County and has a family run dairy farm in Granville NY. Here she lives with her husband, son, and bernedoodle.   Mrs. Whitman also grew up showing cows at the Washington County Fair and was an avid Soccer player through college. 

Mrs. Whitman's role is to help support students and parents to create life long learners with open communication and collaboration between families and the school.  Her goal is to always work with the "whole" student to find personal and academic success.

Dana E. Finney

Dana E. Finney - School Counselor

Mrs. Finney is a graduate of Russell Sage College (BA) and Sage Graduate School (MS). Prior to her arrival at GCS in 2010, she spent 8 years at Cambridge Central School and 3 ½ years at Mt. Anthony Union Middle School in Bennington, Vermont.

Mrs. Finney grew up in Washington County and is pleased to assist the students and parents of the Greenwich community.

Mrs. Finney lives in a renovated schoolhouse in Greenwich with her husband.

Mrs. Finney loves gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Finney's role is to assist students to meet their goals ~ "their goals are the road maps that guide them and show them what is possible for their future."

Meghan Mckeigan - School Social Worker

Mrs. McKeighan is a graduate of SUNY Cortland, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and UAlbany where she earned her Masters in Social Work. She has worked in the middle grade building at GCSD for the last 3 school years and transitioned to the high school towards the end of the '23-'24 school year. 

Before working at Greenwich CSD, Mrs. McKeighan spent time as a school-based therapist, an anti-human trafficking social worker and a home-based crisis intervention specialist. 

Mrs. McKeighan grew up in Salem and in the summer she runs a 4 week swim program there. 

Mrs. McKeighan loves spending time with her friends and family (specifically her husband, 2 dogs and 1 cat), being outdoors and reading. 

Mrs. McKeighan serves as the link between home, school, and community in providing direct as well as indirect services to students, families, and school personnel to promote and support students' academic and social success.
