- Speech at Greenwich
Central School is comprised of
two programs, a mandated, Committee on
Special Education Program (C.S.E) and a
non-mandated, Speech Improvement Program.

- Our CSE
program is designed to provide services for
children who have been identified by the
committee on special education as having a
handicapping condition. These children require a
more intensive level of service.

- Our Speech
Improvement program is a discretionary
program provided by the school district to offer
support to those children with mild to moderate
delays in the area of speech and language. This
is a non-mandated program and we are fortunate
that our school district supports the needs of
the children falling within this category.
