Dear Fourth Grade Students and Parents,

It’s official! Wave good-bye to third grade and say HELLO to FOURTH GRADE! How exciting! Enjoy the summer months of fun! It will be nice to have a little break before you start your big fourth grade year. You might be wondering about the school supplies you’ll need for your fourth grade year in Mrs. Lockrow’s class. Wonder no more!

School supplies you will need for Mrs. Lockrow’s fourth grade class:

• 5 pocket folders (orange, red, green, blue, and purple)
• 3 single subject notebooks (orange, green, and red)
• 1 composition notebook
• 1 package 3X5 index cards (100 count)
                                           • 1 Soft Pencil Bag (no boxes)
                                           • 1 box of #2 pencils
                                           • 1 package of loose-leaf paper
                                           • 1 Highlighter
                                           • 1 Box of Tissues

Please do not bring Trapper Keepers, large binders, or pencil boxes because of limited storage space. All of your belongings must be able to fit NEATLY inside your desk!

In the remaining weeks of summer, pick up a good book and READ! If you have been reading all along, good for you!

I look forward to meeting you when school starts on Wednesday, September 8.
