The
students are working on creating a book of
book reviews. This writing is being done in
school. The students write book reviews for
"class reads" and books that they read
independently in class. For the fourth
quarter students are required to write at least
one book review per week. They are
encouraged to use their book review rubric
(checklist) and write each review using their
best cursive writing. They created a cover for
their book in
computer lab already. Students are encouraged to
set goals for the number of book reviews their
book will have. Generally, students should
be able to write 25 book reviews for the year. |

students may need to bring the draft home in
order to complete the writing of the final copy. |
