Each project will be approximately 2-5 pages in length and required to be typed (double-spaced).

Option 1:  Write an essay entitled:  My future as a ________________.

Option 2:  Describe a situation that has developed during the internship that has already or may create conflict.  Discuss ways to avoid this problem in the future and how to deal with the people involved.  It is not necessary to use real names, but identify the people's roles at work.
