This capstone course is for the student who plans to pursue a career/college major in the field of agriculture or business management.  You will be introduced to the fundamental management theories and functions including:  Planning, organizing, leading, controlling, responsibilities, production, goals, decision making, and managing risk in both the agriculture and the business fields of study.  The students will then apply these essential elements of management through practical experience including career specific business plans, business operations and sales theories.  Units of study will also include computers and communication as they would need to be utilized in business and agriculture fields.  Lastly, specific careers in the business and agriculture areas will be studied.  This is recommended for Seniors.
